Our story

Fire, family
and a comal.

Fuego began in a grandmother's kitchen in Puebla and moved north with her recipes intact. The mole still takes three days. The tortillas are still pressed by hand. The only thing that changed is the address.

Come hungry, stay late, order the birria.
